Staff Development is meant to enhance teaching practice and ultimately have an effect on student achievement. The best scenarios are sustained models that allow for teachers to experience new tools, resources, ideas, etc., and then have an opportunity to develop them over the course of time with an emphasis on reflection and cycles of transformation. I will be happy to work with your school or district around your particular needs, developing something new, or differentiating topics already in my areas of expertise. If you have any questions, special requests, or any other professional development need, please contact me.
